01. Carbon steel:

02. Stainless steel:

03.Alloy steel:

04. Brass:
Brass threaded rods have excellent electrical and thermal conductivity and are also corrosion-resistant. This makes them useful in some electrical equipment and specific environments.
05.Aluminum alloy:
Aluminum alloy threaded rods are very lightweight and have certain corrosion resistance. They are often chosen in applications where weight reduction is required.
The raw material is processed through a rolling mill to form long straight bars of the required diameter. These rods are usually produced in standard lengths and the surface is cleaned and inspected for any defects.
The rod is then threaded. There are two main methods of threading:
01.Thread cutting:
In this method, a cutting tool, such as a tap, is used to cut threads on the surface of the rod. Cutting tools remove material to form the thread profile. This method is suitable for small-scale production and custom threading.
02.Thread rolling:
Thread rolling is the more common method for large-scale production of screws. In this process, the rod is passed through a set of thread rolling dies that press the threads onto the surface of the rod. Thread rolling dies have a thread profile that is opposite to the required thread. The material on the rod flows and threads under high pressure, resulting in strong and precise threads.
After threading, threaded rods may go through a straightening process to ensure they are perfectly straight. The bars are then finished to achieve the required surface smoothness and dimensional accuracy

Finished threaded rod undergoes rigorous inspection and quality control to ensure it meets required dimensional tolerances and thread specifications. Check the threads for correct pitch, size and alignment.
Once the threaded rods pass inspection, they are packaged and ready for distribution to customers. They are usually sold in bundles or spools based on length and quantity.
Thread rolling machines produce threads of greater strength and durability than other thread forming methods. The rolling process displaces rather than removes material, resulting in improved fatigue resistance and a more reliable thread form.
